We are a small accommodation business looking after furnished guest rooms, private lodges and comfortable short-stay facilities. Guests come to us for an overnight stop, a weekend break, a family holiday or a longer stay — and we look after the booking, the arrival and the property while you are here.
Guest Rooms
A furnished room with its own bed and bathroom, kept ready for short visits and single nights. Tell us your dates and we will match you with the room that suits your stay.
Private Lodges
A self-contained lodge with its own entrance, living space and kitchen, so a family or a group can settle in properly rather than pass through. Ideal for weekends and longer holidays.
Short Stays
Comfortable short-stay accommodation for guests who need a night, a week or a season. The same standard of housekeeping and the same people to speak to, however long you stay.
How A Stay Works
You tell us the dates, how many of you are coming and which kind of accommodation you would like. We check what is free, confirm a price for those dates and hold it while you decide.
Once you are booked we send the arrival details, meet you or leave the keys as agreed, and look after the property while you are with us — including cleaning, laundry and anything that needs fixing.
Space To Unwind
Where the setting allows, guests have outdoor space of their own — a deck or a garden corner with a table and chairs, and the quiet that comes with it.
Cook And Settle In
Well-equipped kitchens with the everyday essentials mean you can cook for yourselves, keep to your own routine and treat the place as yours for the stay.
Sleep Well
Good beds, fresh linen and a proper night’s sleep. Rooms are cleaned and reset between stays, and housekeeping runs through longer bookings as well.

Housekeeping & Maintenance
We clean and reset the accommodation between stays, keep the linens fresh and deal with day-to-day maintenance while you are with us.
What We Look After
Alongside the accommodation itself we manage reservations, guest check-in and check-out, housekeeping, property maintenance and the day-to-day running of the places we let. If something is not right during your stay, tell us and we will sort it.
